Stitching and Such

Cross-stitching has been a hobby of mine since I was around 10 years old. I refuse to say how long it has been since then. :) I still enjoy the chance to stitch when I have the time which is typically at night after all the children are in bed. I sometimes get the chance to stitch while waiting at an appointment which we tend to have many of those here.  Stitching is very relaxing and calming for me. I have also enjoyed following (I think they call it stalking) a few different blogs that have to do with my favorite hobby. OK so I did it...

I've been meaning to start a blog for hmmm over a year now and I could give you a long list of why I haven't had the time.  Remember we have 8 kids...have you ever seen how much laundry 8 kids can dirty in one day?  I have and do on a regular basis and we could start charging admission to climb Mt. Laundry. :)  I wanted to have a way (read non-Facebook way) to communicate with family and friends who are far away and who may be bored enough to read about our doins.  So without further ado....da..da..da..daaaaaaa our blog.  Welcome!  We are so glad to have you.  May God bless this endeavor and hopefully I can post on a semi-regular basis.
